The anima series is a series I decided to do over the late fall to winter (the winter months were closer to a spring here this year). I was noticing the frameworks for the forests on hikes were very similar to the human body on various levels. Plus, the natural fractal geometry was amazing with nothing covering it.
Due to several personal crisis' happening simultaneously, I took time to absorb the scenery and made this a seasonal project. Very similar to a Jungian mythology (see the title).
Seeing many motifs present with studying ancient religions, you could call these series of works as part of a personal "Red Book". A therapist friend
